the stress in academic year

"In a study of 50college students,they found that 72 percent admitted to feeling some level of stress over academic year.Further investigation showed that exams were clearly the time when most students felt under excess pressure.Other causes of anxiety included homework and course work deadlines,difficult relationships with other students.The symtomps of stress included headaches,cold,and feeling run down and loss of sleep."


I believe that all of the students may feel the same about stress....That is why i copy down this article....cause i can feel it since last two years when i was in form4...and now...i am in form6....The stress in academic year,we cant avoid it,but can manage it well....if we can manage.........

Some of them have failed in managing the stress in academic year, and lead to face a lot of  psychological problems. However,if they can manage it well, the stress can be a key to strive success.

For me.....i m trying hard to manage it....though i feel a lot of stress in form6 life....not only homework,course work,but also the activities and  my extra jobs in school...........sometimes i feel like wanna cry because of this stress....but do u ever think that why people can manage it but not u?
